Summary/Abstract: The calculation of time is a relatively complex matter in law, even where it is legally explicitly regulated. Which is only where it is not always regulated as in the constitutional regulations. It is no coincidence that it is also said that after the palmar book, the calendar is the most important tool of a lawyer, for other lawyers (those without a palmar book) perhaps the most important. But having a calendar is not enough yet. You need to know which one to reach for (there are many of them) and how to handle it. Therefore, it is not surprising that most legal codes contain explicit rules on how time, times, time spans, periods, dates, deadlines are calculated. However, this does not apply to constitutional law.
