Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to indicate an example of the influence of the media on the participation of citizens in the processes of creating and implementing social and economic policy during the interwar period in Poland. The use of information technology and the creation of the possibility of using the content of the former online media messages through it can be a source of inspiration for contemporary creators of media messages in composing media strategies. For the recipients using the available resources, the seed of historical reflection. For politicians responsible for the development of the state, the possibility to make comparisons.
