Summary/Abstract: The report concerns the moment of setting in of executability of maturity and immaturity payments of a consumer credit contract. An attempt for delimiting of the grounds on which the creditor can make demands for his or her claim when the executability of separate redeemed payments of a consumer credit contract emerge from the cases of occurred executable debt before the term set of the creditor's claim is made in the aspect of the actual court practice.
