Summary/Abstract: The report analyzes the gaps and contradictions of the legal framework regulating the administrative processes used by the Social Assistance Agency in providing social protection to people with specific social needs. There is a need for concrete de lege ferenda proposals in order to provide more effective solutions to support the full integration of people with specific needs in social life.
