Summary/Abstract: The nineteenth century in Europe remains under the sign of the Cultural Revolution scientific and industrial. The scientific discoveries from this period change continuously the frontiers of knowledge,Jules Verne’s creation dreams have become reality now. The scientific research explores all domains past enigmas have become certainties now,the scientists will explore the man, matter, the Earth and the Universe. Throughout the nineteenth century it must triumph science triad-reason progress which defeats the natural obstacles. The Cultural Revolution in “Belle Epoque” is characterized by deep structural changes through the democratization of culture and its entrance in the market economy. Now we are feeling the effects of a general improvement in living conditions of massive urbanization, of literacy, the democratization of European society and the appearance of techniques for reproduction and distribution of all forms of artistic creation. This mass culture spreads using media that has all the technical advances, throughout Europe media is expanding. The scientific discoveries and the cultural revolution of the nineteenth century outline the image of a Europe dominated by the thirst for knowledge and personal development. The world embraces with enthusiastically spiritual treasures they are made accessible now through the media cinema school libraries etc.
