Summary/Abstract: On 15 December 2002 died the esteemed colleague JUDr. Vlastimil Ševčík, Judge of the Constitutional Court. He left after an illness, the rapid course of which he caught our colleagues, unprepared - until the last moment he was a figure, a personality who, with his authority and activity, profiled and significantly co-created the form of the Constitutional Court.
