Summary/Abstract: As in the entire Romanian space, as in the countryside society from Năsăud in the second half of the 19th Century, the weddings had been determined basically by the substantial interests, without to take care the soulful relationship between the partners. That is why, in the front of the daily living difficulties the family’s cohesion and solidarity were hard to keep on, the unhappy life, the matrimonial violence and the sexual incompatibility being the main reasons which were determined by the emergence of the conflictual abeyances in the family’s soul. Beginning from this considerations, the purpose of this study is to show the way in which had been regulated the “matrimonial” crisis’ situations of the couples from Năsăud land in the second half of the 19th Century, who were the matrimonial “counselors”, which were the proposed solutions by these and which was the final of the couples, and for example I analyzed concrete the situation from the community Tiha-Bârgăului between the years 1891-1899. For the substantiality of this approach I focused on the interpretation of on novelty archive documents from funds Greek-Catholic church kept in the National Archives from Bistriţa-Năsăud County.
