Summary/Abstract: In notification No. 209/1992 Coll. issued on 18 March 1992, the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "CSFR") announced that the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, as amended by Protocol No. 3, was signed in Madrid on 21 May 1991, 5 and 8, done at Rome on 4 November 1950 (hereinafter referred to as the "Convention") and other contractual documents following the Convention.
