Summary/Abstract: On 11 June, the President signed an amendment to Act No. 84/1990 Coll. on the right of assembly (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and thus completed a lengthy and dramatic discussion on the form of the Act, which specifies one of the fundamental political rights guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms (hereinafter the "Charter").
