Summary/Abstract: Today, Islam is widespread throughout the world, not only in the Arab world, but also in Europe, America, Africa and Russia. The effectiveness of this system varies from company to company. In states where Muslims live only as a minority of the total population, Islam as a legal system cannot logically have a significant impact on society as a whole, but will certainly be a determining factor in a state known as a Muslim state and its entire legal system is built from the beginning. based on Islamic theory (eg. Royal Saudi Arabia, Iran). In some countries, which are predominantly Muslim, Islam has less influence over the establishment of a national legal system - for example, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria and other countries where Islamic law is not fully applicable.
