Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the capital market who reflects the economic situation in a country. After a short presentation of capital market evolution, are highlighted some elements of the capital market as well as of the financial market considering the structure and the institutions that operate. These are complemented by a study case based on Macedonia.
