Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to develop models for assessing the risk of an employee of a company leaving the job for various reasons other than death, retirement, secondment, based on the analysis of determinants (such as seniority in the company, time to retirement, age, gender, salary, field in which the company operates and other possible factors)using logistic regression models. After estimating the coefficients and their statistical validation, depending on a certain level of explanatory variables (for example, salary), the probability predictions are made for an employee who will leave the company depending on the values of the explanatory variables.
