Summary/Abstract: The present report examines some of the possibilities for the implementation of computer technology in music education. An educational software package that appeals to children is required to achieve our goals. The software is designed as a comprehensive platform with educational and methodological orientations. The cooperative idea (born from the meeting between musical methodological practices established as self-developing and increasing the complexity of interaction between the children‘s imagination and the music teacher’s expertise on the one hand, and gaining a sound competence through appropriate and professional selection methods on the other) is new. An algorithm naturally evolved during the course of workshops to create a software product that serves the needs of music education in elementary school.
