THE FAILURE OF GLOBALIZATION AND RISKS TO EUROPEAN AND GLOBAL SECURITY

Summary/Abstract: The article, resulting from an analysis of the globalization process, attempts to give an documented answer to the question why this process failed. According to the authors, globalization had made its presence felt predominantly after 1990, of the last century, manifesting itself in a sustained rhythm and exercising wide influence upon all the sectors of the social life of humanity, especially on the economic sector - financially, based on the concept of the global market as a sum of national markets.
