Informational society – a society of knowledge or a partially informed society

Summary/Abstract: This study summarizes how concepts of the Information Society and of the Knowledge Society emerged and how the concept of Information . Society‑Knowledge Society has developed under the impact of the Internet and the emergence of the concept of partial computerized society as a result of not achieving the objectives set in the beginning. In conclusion, the author refers to the predicting the 2012 Internet fatalistic disappearance and states, contrary to this prediction,its exponential development perspective.
