Summary/Abstract: In this article the authoress tries to discuss the issue very common today, which is the institution of a coach, so the person who trains others to be good in the field. In the beginning the authoress explains the meaning of the word “coach”. Then lists the areas where the profession is very popular, and briefly mentions the features that should have a good coach. Later in this article the authoress refers a report made the recommendation of the Prime Minister by Michal Boni and Karolina Szafraniec entitled “Młodzi 2011”. Then confronts this view of young people with the characteristics of a young man which we can find in the Aristotelian Rhetoric. She concludes that there is no essential difference between these two characteristics. The next step is to show the profile of a leader, so the person who thanks to some of the important skills leads other people. The authoress compares this figure with Aristotle’s virtuous man. At the end of the article the authoress examines the operating within the diplomatic protocol rules of savoir vivre. Compares them with the principle of appropriateness described by Aristotle. Finally, the authoress argues that Aristotle not only would be a good coach, but it certainly would be better than today’s coaches.
