Summary/Abstract: The author discusses the changes that have been made in the Code of Civil Procedure in 2019. In the author's opinion, there is a contradiction between the principle of substantive truth in force in the Code of Civil Procedure and the possibility of concluding an evidence agreement that restricts the admissibility of certain evidence.
