Constiutional principle and values as source of law interpretation rules. Mechnaism of weighting interpretation diriceives

Summary/Abstract: In the article the author points out that the set of adopted law interpreration directive is a consequence of what the interpreter pereceives as purpose of the interpretation. At the same time, in polish doctrine discussion about aim of interpretation process is hardly seen. The author argues that one should assume that aim of the interpretation is the best possible implementation of constitutional values and principles. The fact that those values and principles may remain in conflicts may translate also into conflict between results of applying interpretation principles. Resolving such a conflict requires weighting the values and principles being base for interpretation directives.
