Summary/Abstract: In the following article there was characterized administrative proceeding iniciated by the complaint concerning driving licence test. The theme was presented against the background of the legal means of supervision over conduction driving licence tests and genesis of modern model of examination, the role and tasks of voivodeship road traffic centres, as well as the evolution of regulations creating road traffic law in Poland.
