Summary/Abstract: A very important issue in assessing person’s development is the identification of factors that determine their development process. Family and kindergarten are very important in stimulating the child's cognitive activity. Cognitive processes include elementary processes such as perception, attention, memory,and complex ones such as thinking, language and speech. Child's cognitive development is influenced by some characteristics of teachers and parents. There is a relationship between the nature and level of development of cognitive activity of pre-school children and the cooperation of parents and the kindergarten.
