Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the relationships between educational planning proficiency perceptions and time management skills of classroom teachers. The study group of this research carried out in the screening model consists of 96 classroom teachers working in primary schools in Akyazı district of Sakarya in the fall term of 2018-2019 academic year. The data of the research were collected by using “Educational Planning Proficiency Perceptions Scale” and “Time Management Inventory” measurement tools. As a result of the research, educational planning proficiency perceptions of classroom teachers have been found to be in the “I am proficient” range, the perceptions of time management to be in the “Moderate” level; a moderately significant positive relationship has been found between educational planning proficiency perceptions of classroom teachers and Time Planning dimension perceptions which is one of the subdimensions of the time management scale, Time Attitudes dimension perceptions, and a moderately significant negative relationship has been found between between the perceptions of Time Spenders dimension.
