Summary/Abstract: State law is considered as that State which is organized on the principle of separation of state powers, under which justice becomes a real and seeking independence through legislation, promoting the rights and freedoms inherent in human nature, ensure strict compliance with its regulations by all organs of the whole activity.Whatever the nature of corruption and social level, it affects seriously all the essential values on which society must be founded and the rule of law, destroying good faith, which is necessary for the government, politics and economy to work properly.
