Summary/Abstract: Driving a vehicle on public roads or a tram to a person who does not have a driving license or a person whose license is inadequate categories or subcategories of which the vehicle or it has been withdrawn or canceled or who the right to drive was suspended or who is not entitled to drive in Romania is an act whose consequences are true tragedy genre and that the Traffic Police is required to prevent or prove them to limit their number.
