Summary/Abstract: The article examines some of the problems in the Private International Law related to the connecting factors of nationality, domicile and habitual residence. Some common conclusions are made regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each of these connecting factors in the context of the increasing movement of goods, people and capitals as a result of the common globalization.
