Summary/Abstract: The article presents the emotions and peculiarities of communication in everyday medical life are presented. It is shown by whom, how and on what occasions or in which situation language economics and jargon are introduced into the conversation. Is there a specific medical terminology among doctors that they already understand, but not yet? What makes this specialist communication? Which linguistic means express the emotions?
