SECURITY RISK ANALYSIS

Summary/Abstract: Risk can be defined as a threat that can exploit any weaknesses in a system. Risk analysis involves identifying security risks, determining the amplitudes of the risk and identifying areas with high risk. Risk analysis is a part of the measures taken in the management of risk. Approaching risk is achieved through a qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and a cost-benefit analysis.
