Summary/Abstract: The world is waiting for answers regarding the solutions that could save the economy of the EU which experiences the most profound crisis after the SEcond World War. it is accepted, almost unanimously, the fact that the current economic crises does not represent more than an element of the global crisis. it is, probably, the acknowledged part of the world crisis because it generates distructive effects upon the life level of the citizens, regardless of the place they work or live. This article presents some of the elements related to the danger tax evasion represents to the nowadays globalized world.
