STUDY REGARDING THE FRAUD OF THE CREDITORS 'INTERESTS, AS A RESULT OF THE CONCLUSION OF SOME ILLEGAL LEGAL ACTS BY THE DEBTOR SUBJECT TO THE PROCEDURE

Summary/Abstract: Defrauding creditors' interests has effects not only on documents signed by the insolvent and debtor retailer but also to acts concluded by the purchasers themselves with other subsequent acquirers. Among the advantages offered by the current regulatory framework is that of largely protecting of the creditors interests, along with others such as: operations promptly imposed by law and increasingly the active role of creditors in implementing and monitoring the application of legal provisions.
