Summary/Abstract: The right to free movement of Romanian citizens that are minors raises some practical problems where exercising parental authority shall be made by both parents, and there is no consistency between the provisions of Law no. 248/2005 on the free movement of Romanian citizens abroad and the provisions of the New Civil Code.
