Summary/Abstract: This article analyses the crisis that is present in all levels of society, with negative effects in economy, politics, society, environment, demographics as well as in the organization and functioning of the law systems. National security cannot be achieved without the help of the law, especially in times of crisis. The action plan of the national law in times of crisis has to be harmonized with the European law, taking into consideration the characteristics of our society
