Summary/Abstract: National Public Order Strategy 2010-2013 paved the way for the implementation of a quality management system in all institutions of public order and safety in Romania. This was taken in the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Interior for 2010-2013. Under these circumstances, we believe that many of the issues related to public order and security institutions can be successfully resolved in the framework of the development and implementation of quality management systems based on international standards. Therefore, considering human resources as the most important resource, the topics covered we want to come to the aid of those concerned, the main features related to the development and execution of the implementation of quality management system in Romanian Police.
