CONSIDERATIONS ON THE CONCEPT OF LEGAL SECURITY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Summary/Abstract: The EU Parliament and the Commission as the main decision making bodies are concerned with the security of all European citizens. This article analyses the debate about the connection between written and un-written law in the modern society. Legal security both at European and Member Stats level is hard to accomplish in practice. This reality has been underlined by the differences that exist in the national interests of the Member states and the declared intentions of the EU bodies.
