Summary/Abstract: The traffic domain is in a continuously expansion. Holland intends to make intelligent systems for the next generation of highways. One the other hand, one of the most important steps to the real union of European States refers to the harmonization of the provisions relating to driving license. Starting from Directive 2011/94 EU, the new law adopted by Romanian Parliament is referring to this point.
