Summary/Abstract: Jeronim de Rada is one of the most eminent authors of Albania letters in general and of Albanian Romanticism in particular. He managed to communicate to his readers of all times an art that continually provides novelty, which is best seen in the many studies on his works, in which many critics tend to contradict one another, which only emphasizes the great interest in the oeuvre of this author, although his work dates back to the early 1800s. The focus of this paper is on a particularity which can be noticed in his most famous works. A series of works that stand outside the compositions of his poems have been studied. Due to the place in which they are situated, which gives them a special status, which appoints them an interrelated function to the semantic entirety of the initial text, also gives them their independence, thus making it possible for them to be easily regarded as being independent as poems. These works titled ‘songs’ by the author, have been studied on various perspectives which not only express their autonomous position in the external compositional aspect, but also focus on the internal structural composition, in the inclusion of lyrical elements, in the communication they achieve with one-another, etc. These perspectives are succeeded by an interpretation of these works.
