Summary/Abstract: This is the first article in a series with the overall aim to examine how culture and specifically cultural values are associated with the strategies and measures adopted in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic by different countries. In the present article, the attempt to change people’s behavior to minimize the spread of infections by one country(Denmark) is addressed in terms of three aspects, i.e., ‘trust’, ‘nudging’ and ‘social control’
