Summary/Abstract: By virtue of the knowledge gained over the years, our life experience and, above all, the reflection on the human condition, it is possible to reach a sufficient, reassuring or deceptive state of reason, however, according to which we commit an assertive sentence: every human being is unique and unrepeatable on planet Earth and in the Universe. In time, we turn this assertion into an apodictic and even categorical judgment. We have enough arguments to justify it, from the cosmic to the terrestrial, from the bio-psycho-social to those related to the special physical, biochemical, intellectual and cultural composition of each individual. People are similar to each other, but they are not identical in anything, not even in their own symmetry. The left eye is not identical with the right, the right hand is not nearly identical with the left hand, etc. And even if a man cannot be identical with another man, not even with his twin brother, all humans belong to the category of man, because they have at least some features common to the human species. But the scope and content of the species, its complicated supports, specific differences and, above all, the individuality, personality and universality of each generate billions of questions to which no one has ever given a definite answer. Because the answer itself is a universe.
