Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the possibilities of paying funds from a business company to a partner for the duration of the relationship between him and the company. It analyzes the methods of payment of profit from the company, the position of the reserve fund and the special reserve fund and the accounting of shareholders' surcharges. It also touches on the way and purpose of reducing capital funds.
