Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of so-called "procedural ping-pong" in administrative proceedings, ie situations where the second-instance administrative body repeatedly annuls first-instance decisions that do not respect or circumvent the binding legal opinion of the appellate body and decide in contradiction with it. There are outlined the possibilities of protection of the individual – the party to the proceedings against this procedural obstruction, both in the framework of the current regulation of administrative proceedings and in the court proceedings. The problematic aspects are pointed out and solutions de lege ferenda are proposed.
