WHERE DO BULGARIAN PATIENTS SEEK HELP IN CASE OF VIOLATIONS OF THEIR RIGHTS?

Summary/Abstract: The analysis of submitted complaints accurately reflects the problems in the healthcare system through the patients' perspective. However, the signals sent to different authorities and institutions suggest dissatisfaction and a proactive response from patients who are dissatisfied with the health system in relation to it so far. Survey of the opinion on the problems of potential users of the health system, not only the dissatisfied and the injured, respectively to complainants would be more credible and objective about the state of health. The purpose of the study and the present work is to investigate the views of health care users on the possible violation of their rights in the course of the treatment - diagnostic process and where they would seek their rights if necessary.
