Summary/Abstract: The current economic system is characterized, among other things, by theexistence of several levels of financial markets globally, depending on the degree of economic development of a particular country. The flow of investments follows, naturally, we could say, a certain route previously configured based on relevant indicators. The fînancial market is one of the mechanisms of economic development, and a genuine internal market for fînancial services is crucial for economic growth and job creation in a certain country, as outlined in the European regulations in force. Beyond the obvious positive impact of foreign investments on the economy of a state, it should be noted that this aspect also carries certain risks.
