Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes the binding canon law in relation to the offenses against the Sixth Commandment of the Decalogue with minors or to the detriment of minors (article 6 of the sst /2010). He points out the problems with the application of these provisions. Then he proposes some changes in Penal Canon Law in this area.
