Summary/Abstract: Current international society is characterized, among other things, by the coexis-tence of States with international organizations and various transnational actors and forces, such as transnational corporations, non-governmental organizations, indi-viduals, migratory flows, networks of influence and transnational opinion, international religious movements, illegal clandestine structures of a criminal or terrorist nature, etc. This article aims to analyse the place occupied by this transnational action in the contem¬porary international law.
