Summary/Abstract: The subject of this study is, to demonstrate the liberal media ethics and to reveal an alternative ethics through the analysis of ethical journalism in Turkey. In the study, journalism guiding ethical codes and frameworks in Turkey will be opened to question in the context of power and power relations, which events it was served with ethical violation tag and the description of how he sees function in terms of the system and the fact that the ethical context that there are some structural problems at all not discussed, case studies will be examined. In this way, it will be opened to question the liberal media structure and its ethical codes and it will be discussed how can be design an alternative media ethic without liberal media ethics that was determined by capitalist relations of production and its class interests. With this intention, the study aims to make the concept of ethics as problematic, to reveal the integrated relationship between liberal approaches and capitalist market structure and to draw attention to the determined cultural structure.
