Summary/Abstract: In the study, differences between working life quality, proactive working behavior, perceived corporate reputation, abusive management, positive-negative emotion and adaptation scores were investigated from various sociodemographic pespectives (sex, marital status, educational background, task variable, age, working time in the institution, level of income). The target the population of the study consisted of two metropolitans; Ankara from the Central Anatolia Region and Istanbul from the Marmara Region. The sample of the study consisted of 705 individuals in private hospitals that were selected via random sampling method from the two metropolitans. The study was conducted via face-to-face questionnaire method and simple random sampling technique with healthcare professionals. Descriptive statistics and difference tests were used in the study. In the study it was determined that there were differences between working life quality, proactive working behavior, perceived corporate reputation, abusive management, positive-negative emotion and similarity-integrative adaptation scores, in terms of sociodemographics.
