Summary/Abstract: The article presents and analyzes the most important special investigation techniques used in the investigation of corruption offences. Also, the article analyzes one of the acts of criminal prosecution often carried out in the case of the forensic investigation of corruption offences: detecting the flagrant crime of corruption.
