Summary/Abstract: The present study aims at an analysis of the institution of the minor’s emancipation, institution through the effect of which the child gets out of the parental authority or guardianship, benefiting from the recognition of certain rights, which offers him a greater autonomy, allowing him to take care of his own interests. Over time, this institution faced a series of transformations, its regulation being adapted to various periods and their specificity.
