Summary/Abstract: As a result of the activity of the Constitutional Court, three decisions were published in May (granted objections and pleas of unconstitutionality) relating to: The Law for granting certain facilities for the economic operators taxpayers on the Romanian territory; the Law no. 350/2001 on territorial arrangement and urban planning, in its form amended by Article I item 6 of the Law no. 289/2006 for the amendment and supplement of the Law no. 350/2001 on territorial arrangement and urban planning; the G.E.O. no. 1/1999 on the state of siege and emergency and the G.E.O. no. 34/2020 for the amendment and supplement of the G.E.O. no. 1/1999 on the state .of siege and emergency
