Summary/Abstract: Education being a process, is fastening together with system buckle getting to know as a rule monosubjective with the intersubjective knowledge which wanting to meet challenges of the 21st century, should to be in like for the greatest measure communicational and functional. In the situation of the variable postmodernity, from for her nondepletability and with unpredictability applying the paradigm is becoming essential interpretive and of pluralistic research methodology above functioning and the effectiveness of an educational system. Here however tensions stemming from the confrontation of the modernist freedom and the postmodernist diversity appear. Moreover a problem of system politicizing the education, resulting in the reproduction of social inequalities and new mechanisms exists of selection. Crisis gone through by the education stemming from loss of her original objective, i.e. the process of enlightening (educare) is extorting change modus operandi of entire system. The pluralism of political ideas and cultural values is triggering the need of restyling of the entire educational system, answering challenges of the variable and becoming complicated postmodernity, being full of antinomies, controversies and dilemmas. As the cultural phenomenon generating the mechanism would be a method of the way out of the crisis of the education of the innovation, the creativity and the self-correction in the process of teaching, in every his stage.
