Summary/Abstract: The transformation of the labor market also brings with it changes in the forms ofemployment. Digitization will have an impact on employment relationships. Digitization is a multilayered phenomenon that involves the use of gig economy and artificial intelligence as robots. They areall part of social innovation. In this study, I would like to focus on the impact of social innovation onemployment. Following the general introduction, I would like to introduce the Hungarian rules andopportunities. Hungary is a typical Central and Eastern European country with problems similar to itsneighbors, such as well-modeled problems, which can help us to think together and find solutions.
