Summary/Abstract: Harmonisation of Serbian legislation with the international standards in fighting corruption is contstant effort of the authorities since the democratic changes in October 2000. This process is importantly backed by the major relevant international organisations including OSCE and SPAI, and it involves all domestic stakeholders.
